When customers ask questions using this tool it forwards the enquiry to your administration area. Once you answer these questions they are listed on the F.A.Q. section of your website.

The customer who was asking the question would also receive the feedback by email. This way you never have to answer the same question twice! Research shows people will usually visit the FAQ section before calling customer service IF YOU HAVE ONE. You can also promote this section once it becomes large enough so that when people call customer service the recorded message says "please check our website for more information before calling". This means less customer service in the future and quick answered visitors resulting in more sales over the line and more satisfied customers!
